CANCELLATIONS - Rescheduling or cancellations must be made 48 hours before your appointment. Please understand that you will lose your deposit if the appointment is rescheduled, changed or canceled less than 48 hours before the appointment date. (You will only be able to reschedule your appointment 1 time using the initial deposit). LATE ARRIVAL / NO SHOW You must arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, the artist has the right to refuse service and you will forfeit your deposit along with any other fees. Emergencies & Special Circumstances: I understand that true emergencies happen (illness, weather, etc.). If you reach out as soon as possible, I will do my best to work with you on a case-by-case basis. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms. Thank you for respecting my time and business! - For safety reasons and to maintain a peaceful environment, I kindly request that only clients receiving services accompany me in the salon. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted unless they are receiving services.
