Cancellations & Reschedules: A 48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Any cancellations within less than 48 hours will result in a fee of 25% of the scheduled service Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred once if you reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Emergencies & Special Circumstances: I understand that true emergencies happen (illness, weather, etc.). If you reach out as soon as possible, I will do my best to work with you on a case-by-case basis. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
